The scheme of physical education is so planned as to ensure the fullest and manifold development of the individuality of the child, enabling him to attain mental soundness, emotional stability & physical maturity. Games and sports are organized in such a way as to ensure participation by all students at the same time.
Students take part in the following games: Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Hockey, Cricket and Badminton according to the season and indoor games like Table Tennis, Chess and Carrom etc. Field and track events are organized every year and the final events are held on sports-day.
PT drill is compulsory for all. In addition to games the school lays great stress on athletics, gymnastics and yoga. Hikes, picnics, sightseeing, Tours and Trekking are organized for all students.
